Welcome to the
Libyan-French Forum for Development & Reconstruction
This forum, the inaugural event of its kind in Libya, seeks to reinforce the bonds of collaboration and economic and technical partnership between Libyan and French companies and institutions. It will serve as the foundation for a series of meetings, exchanges and collaborative initiatives aimed at supporting Libya's reconstruction and development efforts, in a spirit of inclusive, sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership.
This major event, supported by the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund, will be attended by a large French delegation comprising technical and economic experts, Libyan companies, institutions and major groups, as well as the Fund's experts and senior managers.
The event will be opened by Eng. Belkacem Khalifa Haftar and HE. Mr. Mostafa Mihraje, French Ambassador to Libya.
Objectives :
- Strengthen the bilateral partnership for development and reconstruction in Libya.
- Facilitate and encourage the positioning of French companies in major construction projects in Libya.
- Benefit from French know-how and technical expertise in the reconstruction of Libya and the development of its economy.
- Encourage French investors to promote development projects in Libya.
- Promote scientific and cultural partnership between Libya and France.
